Maddie’s® Treatable Assistance Program will provide adoption stipends of $700 per adoption of medically treatable or senior dogs and cats transferred from animal control shelters in Alameda, Contra Costa or San Francisco County and $1,400 per adoption of medically treatable and senior dogs and cats transferred from animal control shelters in Alameda, Contra Costa or San Francisco County. The program will run through December 31, 2014.
- Maddie’s® Treatable Assistance Program is for spayed and neutered dogs and cats only.
- Government shelters and adoption guarantee organizations that contract with local governments to provide animal control services are not eligible to participate.
- Senior is defined as 7 years of age or older.
